- Audio and video use direct WebRTC P2P only, with no TURN or media relay; STUN is used only for network-address discovery.
- WebRTC protects media with DTLS/SRTP; X25519 and AES-256-GCM protect signaling and control messages.
- There is no cloud recording or cloud playback. Pro users may record manually, with files saved locally on the Controller.
- The Monitor displays the pairing QR code and the Controller scans it. iPhone/iPad support both roles; Android is Monitor-only.
- The Monitor app must remain open on its foreground standby page; low-brightness standby is not lock-screen or background operation.
